1. Our approach

Recruitment depends on trust. We aim to handle candidate, client and website information fairly, transparently and securely.

2. Your data rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can ask us to:

  • Confirm whether we hold personal information about you.
  • Provide a copy of your personal information.
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Delete information where there is no continuing lawful reason to keep it.
  • Restrict or object to certain processing.
  • Withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.

Please avoid submitting sensitive information unless it is relevant and necessary. Where special category information is processed, we will only do so where an appropriate lawful basis and condition applies.
